How per-engineer pricing works, what each plan includes, changing plans, and managing your subscription.

How pricing works
You pay per engineer per month. Owners and admins are always free, so your office staff never count towards the bill. Annual billing saves 20%.

Subscribing and changing plan
Billing lives under Settings → Billing, available to owners and admins.
- Subscribe: pick a plan and monthly or annual, then pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
- Upgrade / downgrade: switch plans any time; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
- Monthly ↔ annual: switchable from the same page.
- Manage payment details, invoices and cancellation: the Manage billing button opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can change card, download VAT invoices, or cancel.
Engineer limits
Each plan has an engineer cap. If you hit it, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding another engineer; deactivating an engineer frees their seat immediately.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data isn't deleted, if you come back, everything is where you left it.
