Pricing FAQ
How does the per-engineer pricing work?
You pay for each engineer with login access. Office admins, schedulers, and dispatchers are free, there's no per-admin charge. If you have 8 engineers on Growth, that's 8 × £25 = £200/month.
What's the difference between an engineer and an admin?
Engineers see their own dashboard, their assigned jobs, the forms they need to fill in, and their certificates. Admins see the whole operation: every job, every engineer, the calendar, customers, reports. Owners (you) can do everything an admin can plus billing.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge for setup or training?
No setup fees. Onboarding support is included on Growth and Scale. Starter is self-serve but we'll happily answer questions over email.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly billing is month-to-month, cancel any time. Annual is a one-year commitment for a 20% discount.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up, get every feature, no card required. After 14 days you pick a plan or your data goes into a 30-day grace period before deletion.
What about VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK-VAT-registered customers pay 20% VAT, billed via Stripe.
