Reports: what each one measures
The ten reports under Reports, what each measures, which dates it uses and which plan includes it.
Updated 28 October 2026
Open Reports in the sidebar. Every report has a date range (the last 30 days unless you pick another), headline figures compared with the period just before, a chart, a table with totals and a Download CSV button. Owners and admins can use reports; engineers cannot.
Download PDF gives the same figures as a branded PDF with your logo and accreditations, ready to send to a director or a customer. The PDF has the headline figures and the table but not the chart; very long reports stop at 2,000 rows, so use the CSV for the full set.
Your Dashboard opens with this month's headline numbers so far, each compared with the same point last month. Choose one to open the report behind it.
On the 1st of each month, owners and admins get an email with last month in numbers and anything that needs attention. To turn it off, untick Email a monthly performance summary in Settings → Company; Preview next to it shows what it will look like.
Reports your plan doesn't include still appear, marked Available on Growth or Available on Scale. Choosing one takes you to Billing.
| Plan | Reports |
|---|---|
| Starter | None |
| Growth | Revenue by customer, Invoiced vs collected, Quote conversion, Job throughput, Certificate compliance |
| Scale (and trial) | All ten |
Money
Revenue by customer (Growth). Invoiced, paid and outstanding per customer, with ageing of what is still owed. Uses invoices raised in the range. All amounts include VAT. Void invoices are left out.
Invoiced vs collected (Growth). Month by month (UK time): what you billed and what was paid. An invoice counts in the month it was sent. Collected is every payment recorded in the month, including payments for invoices sent earlier, which are also shown on their own. The headline figures add the collection ratio (collected divided by invoiced, both including VAT) and the average days from sending an invoice to its final payment.
Quote conversion (Growth). How many quotes turn into work and how fast, per customer. Uses quotes sent in the range. When you revise a quote, only its latest sent version counts, so one job is one opportunity. A sent quote past its valid until date counts as expired. Win rate is accepted divided by accepted, rejected and expired, so quotes still waiting don't lower it. Values are net of VAT.
Job profitability (Scale). Gross margin per invoiced job: invoice total net of VAT, less labour cost from time entries and parts cost. Add cost prices to your parts so their cost is counted; lines without one are flagged.
Operations
Job throughput (Growth). Jobs created and completed each week (Monday start), the median days from creating a job to completing it, and the open backlog at the end of the range grouped by age. Overdue means the job's scheduled date has passed and it isn't complete. You can download the open jobs as a list.
First-time fix rate (Scale). The share of jobs completed in the range that did not need a return visit, per engineer and per customer. When you create a job for a callback, choose the original job in Return visit for so this report can count it. A return visit booked up to 30 days after the end of the range still counts. Planned maintenance visits are left out.
SLA hit rate (Scale). Response and fix targets met, per customer and SLA, for jobs created in the range.
PPM completion (Scale). Planned maintenance jobs scheduled in the range: completed on time (in the scheduled month), completed late, or still open.
Team
Engineer utilisation (Scale). Logged hours against available hours per engineer. Available hours are the engineer's contracted hours per week (set on their page in Team, 40 unless you change it), spread over Monday to Friday, less approved holiday. Engineers who logged nothing still appear, at 0%.
Compliance
Certificate compliance (Growth). Every certificate held by your active engineers, as of today: expired, due in 30 days, due in 31 to 90 days, or valid. Engineers with no certificates are listed too. This report has no date range. Choose an engineer to open their certificates.
