Forms and certificates

Complete a form on site

Fill in digital forms on your phone, capture signatures, save drafts, and what happens after you submit.

Updated 10 June 2026

Forms replace your paper certificates, checklists and service reports. Your admin chooses which templates your company uses; you fill them in from the job on your phone.

Filling in a form

  1. Open the job and tap Forms, then pick the template.
  2. Work through the fields. Number fields calculate automatically where the template defines it (totals, battery calculations and so on), and table sections let you add rows as needed.
  3. Signatures are drawn on screen with a finger, yours, the customer's, or both, depending on the template.
  4. Save as draft at any point if you're interrupted or lose signal. Drafts live on the job until you come back to them.
  5. Submit when done.

After you submit

The submission locks to the job with your name and a timestamp. The office sees it instantly, can review it, and can email a branded PDF of the completed form to the customer. If your admin spots a problem, they can return it to draft for you to fix rather than starting again.

For admins

  • Templates live under Forms on desktop: a dozen ship out of the box (service reports, risk assessments, battery calculators, cable install checks, and more) and every one is editable.
  • You can build templates from scratch in the editor, or import an existing PDF or paper form and let the AI convert it into a digital template for review.
  • Completed forms can be submitted on behalf of an engineer where needed (e.g. paper handed in from a subcontractor).
