Sign-in problems and magic links
Magic links explained, expired links, the no-access message, and password resets.

How sign-in works
Sign in at your company's own address, yourcompany.engineeros.uk. Two ways in:
- Magic link (default): enter your email, we send you a sign-in link. Tap it, then tap the confirmation button, and you're in. No password to remember.
- Password: click "Sign in with password instead" on the same screen.
"This link is no longer valid"
Magic links are single-use and expire after one hour, for security. Two common causes:
- The link was already used (some email apps and company security tools pre-open links). Request a fresh one from the sign-in page, that's why the link takes you to a confirmation button rather than signing you in directly.
- It simply expired before you tapped it. Request a fresh one.
"No access"
If you sign in and see a "No access" page saying your account is not a member of an active organisation on this workspace, you've usually signed in on the wrong address, a colleague's link or a bookmark for a different company. Check the address bar: you must be on your company's subdomain. Ask your admin for the right address, then sign in there.
Forgotten password
Use the magic link option, that's what it's for. To set a new password afterwards, go to your profile once signed in. Admins can also reset any user's password from the Engineers page.
Didn't get the email?
Check spam/junk first. Corporate mail filters occasionally quarantine first-time senders; ask IT to allow engineeros.uk mail. Re-requesting is always safe, only the newest link works.
