The trial is 14 days, free, with every feature unlocked and room for up to 5 engineers. No card details needed to start.

Create your workspace

1. Go to the sign up page.
2. Enter your company name, your name and email, and choose a password.
3. Pick your subdomain. This becomes your team's address, like acmefire.engineeros.uk. Letters, numbers and hyphens only, and it's first come first served.
4. Submit, and you'll land in your new workspace as its owner.

Your first 30 minutes

A sensible order to set things up:

1. Company details: Settings → Company. Your address and VAT details appear on invoices and quotes, so do this before sending anything to a customer.
2. Branding (optional): Settings → Branding. Upload your logo and set your colour; your team and your customers see your brand, not ours.
3. Add your team: open Engineers in the sidebar. See Invite your team.
4. Add a customer and a job: Customers → New, then Jobs → New. Assign it to yourself to see the engineer view.
5. On your phone: open your subdomain, sign in, and install the app.

When the trial ends

After 14 days you'll be asked to pick a plan (see Plans, pricing and billing). Your data is untouched either way, and if you need longer to evaluate, email us and we'll extend you.
